Last updated: July 07, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Devlio ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and creators.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. One account per person — duplicate accounts may be terminated.
3. User Content
Creators retain ownership of the projects and content they upload. By uploading content to Devlio, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content on the Platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to distribute the content
- Your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Your content does not contain malware, spyware, or malicious code
4. Payments and Purchases
Some projects on Devlio are offered at a price set by the creator. By purchasing a project:
- You obtain a license to use the project as defined by the creator's terms
- All payments are processed through Polar.sh. Devlio does not store your payment information
- Prices are displayed in the creator's selected currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law
4.1 Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, once a project is downloaded, no refunds will be issued. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving a digital product and waive any right to a refund.
If a project is broken or significantly different from its description, contact us through the contact page and we will review the case.
4.2 Creator Earnings
Creators keep 80.0% of each sale. Devlio retains a 20.0% platform fee. Earnings are tracked in the creator's account balance and can be withdrawn through Polar.sh. Creators are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Devlio to:
- Upload malware, viruses, backdoors, or harmful code
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Engage in spam, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
- Manipulate ratings, reviews, or download counts
- Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
- Redistribute or resell projects in ways not authorized by the creator
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Devlio is the property of its respective creators. Devlio trademarks, logos, and platform design are owned by Devlio. You may not use our branding without written permission.
For copyright infringement claims, see our DMCA Policy.
7. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any content that violates these terms or our Moderation Guidelines. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.
