How soon after payment can I download my project?
If you pay with Credit Card / Polar.sh, download access is instant upon payment confirmation. If you pay via Asiacell Cash, access unlocks immediately once our moderation team verifies your transfer receipt (usually within 15-60 minutes).
Where do I find my purchased projects?
All your licenses and download links are stored permanently in your account at Profile → My Licenses.
Do I get future updates for free?
Yes! Once you own a license for a project, you receive lifetime access to all future version releases published by the creator at zero additional cost.
What if the downloaded project has bugs or doesn't work?
First, check the README.md documentation inside the archive. You can also contact the creator via their Discord/support links on the project page. If a project is broken and the creator does not respond, contact Devlio Support for a refund review.

How much commission does Devlio take?
Creators keep the vast majority of all net sales revenue with transparent creator pricing.
How long does project review take?
Newly submitted projects and major version updates are typically reviewed and approved within 2 to 12 hours by our QA security team.
When and how can I withdraw my earnings?
You can request a withdrawal anytime your cleared balance meets the minimum payout threshold (as indicated in your Creator Earnings dashboard). Payouts are processed within 12-24 hours.
