Managing Your Customers
In your Creator Studio at My Projects, clicking on Customers & Licenses provides full visibility over everyone who holds access to your software.
Granting Free Promotional Licenses
Creators frequently need to grant free licenses to beta testers, team members, reviewers, or giveaway winners:
Open Licenses Manager
Click Licenses next to your project in the Creator Studio.
Enter Recipient Username or Email
Specify the user you wish to grant access to, along with an optional internal note (e.g. Beta Tester).
Immediate Access Granted
The recipient receives an instant notification and can download the project immediately from their vault.
Revoking Licenses
If a promotional grant expires or a user violates your terms, you can click Revoke License at any time to instantly terminate their download permissions.
Note on Paid Purchases: Verified paid purchases cannot be arbitrarily revoked by creators. If you suspect fraudulent activity or chargebacks, contact the Devlio Support team for assistance.
