Publishing Projects
Upload and manage your software projects on Devlio.
Create Project
Go to /projects/new to create a new project. Fill in the following details:
- Name — Project name (required)
- Slug — URL-friendly identifier (auto-generated from name)
- Description — Short description shown in cards
- Long Description — Full markdown description for the detail page
- Category — Select from dropdown
- Tags — Add technology tags
- Price — Set price in USD (0 = free)
- Screenshots — Upload project images
- Source URL — GitHub or GitLab link (optional)
- Demo URL — Live demo link (optional)
Project Files
Upload your project files as a ZIP archive:

Max Size
100MB maximum file size
Secure Storage
Files stored securely, not publicly accessible
Token Access
Served via secure download tokens
First Version
When you create a project, a first version is automatically created:
- Version number:
1.0.0 - Changelog: "Initial release"
- Auto-approved (by you as creator)
Edit Review System
After the initial version, all edits go through admin review:
Submit edit
Provide description and optional changelog
Edit enters pending status
Waiting for admin review
Admin reviews changes
Approves or rejects with reason
On approval
Version incremented, files updated
Edit States

Manage your project screenshots:
- Upload multiple screenshots
- Drag to reorder
- Set primary screenshot
- Delete individual screenshots
Project Settings
Edit your project at /projects/<slug>/edit:
- Update name, description, tags
- Change price
- Upload new screenshots
- Change source and demo URLs

Access your creator tools from Profile → My Projects:
